We are currently experiencing technical issues with this server, which is impacting service availability. We are actively working to restore service as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will be posting additional updates here as we have them.

    Papineau Maintenance - Resolved

    We are currently performing maintenance on this server. This is a planned maintenance operation to investigate and fix the slowness on WebMail under Papineau server. It is possible that your email may experience a slowdown in performance and a short interruption during this period. Everything should be back to normal shortly. All other services should work normally

    Nous effectuons actuellement une maintenance sur ce serveur. Il s'agit d'une opération de maintenance planifiée visant à examiner et à corriger la lenteur du WebMail sous le serveur Papineau. Il est possible que votre courriel subisse un ralentissement des performances et une courte interruption pendant cette période. Tout devrait revenir à la normale sous peu.   • The incident affecting this server has been resolved and all services are now operational once again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have scheduled a reboot of this server at 2AM EST tomorrow morning to finish this maintenance.

  • The investigation on the webmail issue is still ongoing. If you have issues accessing Roundcube webmail, please use Horde webmail interface temporarily. We will update here as soon as the issue is completely resolved. Thank you for your patience and co-operation in this regard.
